π€ Brief reflection
Today was a day where the aftereffects were big because last night I only slept 2-3 hours while doing all kinds of work (and a bit of gaming).
These days, I can really feel in my body that if I sleep even a little less than I need, my condition drops to the worst.
I can feel that I am slowly getting older⦠lol
Because my body was tired, I feel like I could not fully focus on many parts of todayβs schedule.
It may also bother the person I am with, so next time I should refrain from needlessly overdoing it and staying up all night. The aftereffects come too severely.
Anyway, despite that, I interacted and talked with people as much as I wanted all day, so in many ways it was a satisfying day.
