Itβs already been 45 days since I started the routine of βEvery morning, after waking up, I post the previous dayβs proof post from the day before and then start the day.β
Now, when I open my eyes, no matter how bad my condition is, I get into the habit of filling out todayβs proof post right away, so even if I have a burnout like yesterday or have a headache all day like today, I can maintain a minimum of humanity.
