✨ GPT-5.5’s Summary γ€€

A day when I rebuilt the blog as a public conscience log and organized the daily proof format and Codex feedback flow.

Prologue

I am starting the blog again.

To be honest, I already knew this. The most effective tool for self-control was not an app, Notion, or a resolution in my head. It was the blog.

In front of public writing, excuses did not last long. What I did today, what I did not do, and what I ran away from remained there. Even if nobody read it, it at least made me look at myself.

For a while, I stopped this record while giving myself many reasons. I was busy, tired, the structure felt heavy, I tried moving to Naver Blog, and I also wanted to build a better system again. Looking back, though, a lot of those reasons were ultimately avoidance.

I always said I wanted to do many things. A religious reformation in the age of AI, good influence through technology, an honest life before God, a life responsible for the person I love and for my neighbors. Words were easy.

The problem was always execution.

Faith without works is dead faith, and a mission that is not executed can become self-deception. So I am recording again.

This blog is not a blog for writing well. It is not a blog for leaving impressive essays either. This blog is a public conscience log.

What was today’s narrow path? What output did I actually leave today? How did I treat my body today? What did I run away from today? And what is the first action for tomorrow?

I will leave these five things every day.

It does not have to be long. It does not have to be perfect. If the day failed, I can write that it failed. The important thing is to stop hiding again.

Today’s post is a declaration of restart. From tomorrow, the proof begins.

Conclusions from Today’s Conversation

Today’s conversation began with anger over the reservist death case. But when I followed it to the end, the core was not political commentary. It moved through anger, disappointment in humans, the narrow path of faith, worries about the path of a pastor, the idea of an AI watcher, the limits of self-management apps, and finally the restart of the blog.

To summarize, the conclusion is simple.

  • To me, the blog is not just a writing space. It is a self-control device.
  • Games and YouTube before output are escape. Games and YouTube after output are rest.
  • Mission must be verified not by words, but by today’s small output.
  • GPT-5.5 feedback should be an execution check, not an impression essay.
  • Automation should be a support device after publishing, not an excuse to delay publishing.

πŸ“Œ Recording Principles Going Forward

  • Record on the blog every day.
  • Prioritize not breaking the chain over writing well.
  • Record weight, meals, exercise, and sleep.
  • Record today’s output and today’s escape together.
  • Do not make daily screenshot proof mandatory.
  • Leave images only for InBody scans, meaningful changes, and special proof.
  • Mask profanity and extreme expressions in public posts as much as needed.
  • Use Codex for GPT-5.5 feedback, but do not use the API.

πŸ€– How GPT-5.5 Feedback Will Operate

GPT-5.5 feedback will not be handled by automatic API calls. It is expensive, and at this stage automation could become another form of avoidance.

Instead, I will prepare inputs that make it easy for Codex to give feedback. In other words, this is not AI-call automation. It is feedback-preparation automation.

I will request Codex feedback using the following standards.

## GPT-5.5's Orchestration Feedback

### Chief of Staff
Checks today's core priority and whether it was actually executed.

### Auditor
Detects self-deception, avoidance, and mission that is only words.

### Body Coach
Checks the flow of weight, meals, exercise, and sleep.

### Builder
Checks whether today's output was concrete enough and suggests the next task.

### Faith & Values
Checks the direction of the narrow path, faith, responsibility, and relationships.

### Final Verdict
Did words win today, or did execution win?

### Tomorrow's First Action
Decides one first action to take as soon as tomorrow starts.
