Knowledge and action (知行) cannot help but become one (合一). In other words, if you truly know something, it cannot help but show in action.

To put it another way,

• True knowing inevitably changes values,
• A change in values inevitably changes habits,
• A change in habits inevitably changes actions.

I think I am only now beginning to know a little what kind of person I want to become. And what kind of life I must live to become that person.

Yes. So, let me not become too obsessed with wagging my tongue and scribbling words. The intention to soothe myself and communicate with others is good, but in the end this is only a means. Let me never forget that it must not become the purpose.
