π€ Brief reflection
I decided to take a little rest today.
What can I say⦠I felt like I was becoming more and more mentally exhausted as I kept getting absorbed in my thoughts.
So, I set βtodayβs goalβ as βbiking on the Han River (+walk)β!
howeverβ¦
When I tried to leave the house around lunchtime, the rain started to rain steadily and failed.
Failure due to church schedule in the afternoon.
Finally, on my way home late at night, I took a bus to a suitable location near the Han River and transferred to Ttareungi.
Riding Ttareungi for the first time in a while made me feel refreshed and good in many ways.
I felt like all the complicated thoughts in my head were flying away.
It seems that people need to exercise in some way.
I think I will continue to ride Ttareungi periodically in the future and go riding along the Han River.
But since itβs hot, if possible, do it at night.
