I’ve been so motivated these past few days that I guess I overdid it a bit. I was suddenly completely knocked down, lost all willpower to the point where I couldn’t even clean the house, and to make matters worse, I even came down with a sore throat. (No, it seems like the context has been reversed. Did I have a sore throat and a little body aches creeping up, and that was the trigger for me to be knocked down? Anyway, time-wise, they both came at the same time.)

So, after Tuesday, except for early morning prayer/part-time work, I just slept in bed all day, sipping hot water and fretting.

No matter how brightly you feel, what do you do? My body can’t keep up with the sparkle and it spreads…

But that doesn’t mean I can’t just collapse like this, given how far I have to go. I slept and rested all day today, so I shouldn’t stop attending the gym and boxing gym again starting tomorrow.

The path I want to walk requires a very strong mind and stamina. I just can’t be defeated by a cold like this.

After resting for almost 5 days, my habit of writing a diary disappeared and it became very bothersome.

If it’s too difficult, just restart little by little. Let’s start by uploading the diary.
