π€ Brief reflection
For the first time in a while, I turned on a YouTube live stream and studied using the Pomodoro timer method.
Considering my situation, where my brain muscles are pickled in dopamine, I split 1 hour into β20 minutes study - 5 minutes rest - 20 minutes study - 15 minutes rest.β
Then I repeated that 5 times, one hour each, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Even though I set it up pretty comfortably⦠it was not easy.
It was a day that showed me just how much I had been unable to focus, scattering my attention all over the place.
This, too, is part of training. I have to overcome it. I have to become stronger. The vision I dream of is ultimately bound to lead to a startup, and if I have decided to do a startup, I cannot collapse from just this much.
Still, so I do not overdo it and go back to the old me again, I should gently and moderately alternate carrots and sticks for myself.
It is a joke, but these days, because I am dieting, I eat carrots, and they really are sweet and tasty.
Anyway, tomorrow I have a family schedule, so I cannot do a study stream. But I will not use that as a pass that says βit is okay to play around.β
