π€ Brief Reflection
The intensity and cycle of burnout seem to be gradually decreasing.
In other words, my resilience seems to be increasing.
I find the reason in routine.
The most fatal causes that damaged my resilience were games and YouTube.
Maybe because I have become somewhat free from those games and YouTube, I could get out of burnout easily just by riding a bike for a few minutes, taking a short walk, and quietly doing what I needed to do.
This is a very good sign.
As an aside, I also heard advice that taking a trip when burnout comes can be good.
That is definitely true. Come to think of it, how many years has it been since I traveled aloneβ¦
If a bigger burnout comes again next time, it might be good to immediately take a one-night, two-day trip.
In any case, this resilience may be the most important ability in stormy times like these.
Let us keep building it by any means necessary!
