< Accommodation (Jeju Blanc Guesthouse) - Seongsan Ilchulbong >

(about 23 km)

naver-012-010

A McMorning-style breakfast prepared by the accommodation!

It was delicious.

naver-012-011

naver-012-012

I went back and forth on whether to try the experience,

but I still had a long way to go and the sun was too strong, so I skipped it.

And it would not be fun alone anywayγ… _γ…

naver-012-013

The sky is so clear!

I have a really good feeling about today.

naver-012-014

Nice to CU too!

The married rider couple I met here welcomed me, cheered me on, and shared tips, so I felt goooood.

I will become part of a kind and cool couple like that too.

naver-012-015

Okay, so this kind of distance is about 7 km?

naver-012-016

I do not think I can ride the Jeju Fantasy Bicycle Trail without energy drinks…

In other words, I need to be intoxicated by something and not in my right mind lol.

Just kidding.

naver-012-017

I am intoxicated by the scenery~

If this were a Han River ride, there would be no scenery like this, so it would probably be boring.

naver-012-018

I met the married riders from the CU convenience store again midway and asked them to take a photo.

They said they were heading over to Udo.

For a moment I was tempted too, but today I wanted to get to the accommodation a bit early to do church work and other things, so I skipped it.

One-line course note: It was fine! It was briefly hard at the beginning, but I finally seem to have escaped uphill hell.

< Seongsan Ilchulbong - Gimnyeong Seongsegi Beach >

(about 28.2 km)

naver-012-019

I have seen a lot of it, enough that I could be tired of it, but the scenery is still really good.

Huh? What is that?

naver-012-020

naver-012-021

Ooooh!!!

Ooooooh!!!

Black pork bibim noodles!!!

I ate it with lots of Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

naver-012-022

Delicious.

Not long after eating well and setting off, huh? My headache was very severe.

The headache that had continued since morning kept getting worse, to the point that continuing the ride became difficult.

Was it from fatigue? Was I coming down with a cold?

All kinds of questions came up, but I decided to rest first.

The answer was a deep nap.

After lying down and sleeping for about 15 minutes, my head felt a bit better ^_^

naver-012-023

Oh! Nice to C U too again!

naver-012-024

Ice water!!!

For a rider, it is holy water.

naver-012-025

Holy water 1+1.

That is reassuring, huh?

naver-012-026

naver-012-027

naver-012-028

I could be sick of it by now, but seeing people enjoy it like that makes me strangely wistful.

Diet motivation wells up and grows.

naver-012-029

… Huh? Why is the sky like that?

naver-012-030

naver-012-031

Uh-oh??

…Uh-ohhhh?!

naver-012-032

Is that… rain?

naver-012-033

Ha…

Backpack cover attached.

γ…‹γ…‹γ…‹γ…‹γ…‹

naver-012-034

Since I was soaked anyway, I debated 100 times whether to go in.

But in the end, laziness won.

What would I do going into the water aloneγ… _γ…

naver-012-035

The impact of a brief downpour.

The bike path was flooded here and there, so my whole body got covered in muddy water.

Ah lol, if I had known this would happen, I should have just gone into the beach.

naver-012-036

Finally arrived…

One-line course note: I rode along beach roads the whole time, so the scenery was good, and most of it was flat, making it very comfortable to ride!

< Gimnyeong Seongsegi Beach - Accommodation (Annyeong Project Guesthouse) >

(about 6 km)

naver-012-037

naver-012-038

naver-012-039

naver-012-040

Arrived at the accommodation…

I arrived a bit earlier than expected, so I was flustered.

I thought I would arrive around 5… I must have ridden too hard lol.

naver-012-041

I was hungry, so I put my luggage down and went to eat.

naver-012-042

naver-012-043

naver-012-044

naver-012-045

naver-012-046

Oh, shit~~

Finally, on day 3, I met people at the guesthouse who were active in conversation.

Good people who talked to me and readily offered food even when I did not greet them first!

I was happy.

So this is the kind of exchange I had wanted.

Tomorrow I should look for a guesthouse that focuses more on interaction.

I did book a party guesthouse…

I hope it is not a wild Law of the Jungle partyγ…
