A day when I truly felt that work done with my head suits me better than work done with my body.

๐Ÿ’ญ Diary

There was a major desk move at work.

Setting up PCs and other equipment, along with all the cables connected to them, was manageable because it required thinking. But physical work such as lifting heavy things was, as expected, very hard.

Afterward, I also created Codex Skill: Audit & Fix until Clean so I would not have to repeat the same nagging to AI every time. Physical work left me drained and exhausted, but automating repetitive work in my own way was clearly fun and manageable.

People really should do the work they are each good atโ€ฆ

๐Ÿค– GPT-5.6 Solโ€™s Coaching

I reviewed todayโ€™s record from three perspectives: execution, reflection, and health.

Execution: Elon Musk | To Turn Imagination into Reality

  • Verdict: โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜… I completed the desk move, NAS address reassignment, and project review, then turned repeated commands into a Codex skill and left a concrete result.
  • Coaching: The strength of todayโ€™s execution is that it did not end as a collection of scattered tasks; it also reduced the recurring cost of future work.

Reflection: Socrates | To Know Myself

  • Verdict: โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜† I directly experienced both physical and mental work and reflected on what suits me through concrete experience.
  • Coaching: Knowing what you do well should be a standard for taking on roles more precisely, not a reason to avoid difficulty. This reflection becomes stronger when it does not diminish the people who do hard work or the value of their roles.

Health: Hippocrates | To Make the Body the Ground of an Honest Life

  • Verdict: โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜† With 15,000 steps and the desk move, my activity was substantial, and my 1,612 kcal intake stayed within the target, but the processed-food-heavy dinner and lack of strength training reduced the overall balance.
  • Coaching: On a day when you used your body heavily, activity should be read not only as an achievement but also as a signal to recover. Since the seven-day average intake is 2,082 kcal, it is important not to assume that one restrained day has changed the trend.

1 Corinthians 12:21 (translated from the Korean Revised Version)

The eye cannot say to the hand, โ€œI have no need of you,โ€ nor can the head say to the feet, โ€œI have no need of you.โ€

Context: Paul describes the church as a community in which many parts form one body and teaches that its different roles are all necessary.

Why this passage: It directs the conclusion that people are good at different things away from ranking roles and toward recognizing differences that need one another.

Psalm 127:2 (translated from the Korean Revised Version)

It is vain for you to rise early, lie down late, and eat the bread of toil, for the Lord gives sleep to those he loves.

Context: Psalm 127 speaks of the limits of trying to build and guard everything without God and presents rest as a gift given to those he loves.

Why this passage: On a day when 15,000 steps and the desk move left the body tired, it reminds me that faithfulness is not only pushing harder; receiving recovery is also necessary.
