It comes to me sometimes when things are really hard. The pattern of losing control, binge eating, and rationalizing.
If it had been something I could solve by blaming myself, I would have succeeded and finished the diet sooner.
I need to tweak my routine a bit.
I guess Iβll have to raise the fine. So far, the fine is only 2,000 won (1,000 won * 2 people)β¦
Starting today, I will have to raise the fine to 4,000 won (2,000 won * 2 people). If I donβt like it? Then I wonβt eat.
