I need to learn how to rest properly.
After finishing the church schedule today, I relieved stress all day only through games and YouTube.
Games and YouTube are too stimulating and addictive.
But there is nothing as definite for stress relief as those two.
Even so, I need to set an appropriate time limit. If I do not want the whole day to pass like today.
And I need to find ways to relieve stress other than those two.
