Today was a particularly unusual day when I didn’t want to do anything.

Also, burnout’s cooldown has returned.

However, now I know better how to deal with these situations.

If you set a minimum goal and stick to it, it’s best to encourage and praise yourself.

β€˜Let’s achieve the goal even if our heads break!’ With this in mind, only the goals that are truly essential to achieve are left.

β€˜If possible, let’s not break the combo!’ With that in mind, I raised today’s score to 4 points.

As I continued to find work and somehow went out and met people, the burnout symptoms gradually disappeared.

And especially people!

Meeting an attractive person with many things to imitate was a huge refreshing experience.

Thanks to this, the feeling that I had been feeling all day was relieved.

After all, there seems to be no stimulant that is as stimulating and positive as people.

So, I am not afraid of burnout anymore.

Just think, β€˜It’s time to rest,’ and rest β€˜well.’ That’s it.
