π€ Brief reflection
Today was a particularly unusual day when I didnβt want to do anything.
Also, burnoutβs cooldown has returned.
However, now I know better how to deal with these situations.
If you set a minimum goal and stick to it, itβs best to encourage and praise yourself.
βLetβs achieve the goal even if our heads break!β With this in mind, only the goals that are truly essential to achieve are left.
βIf possible, letβs not break the combo!β With that in mind, I raised todayβs score to 4 points.

As I continued to find work and somehow went out and met people, the burnout symptoms gradually disappeared.
And especially people!
Meeting an attractive person with many things to imitate was a huge refreshing experience.
Thanks to this, the feeling that I had been feeling all day was relieved.
After all, there seems to be no stimulant that is as stimulating and positive as people.
So, I am not afraid of burnout anymore.
Just think, βItβs time to rest,β and rest βwell.β Thatβs it.
