The aftermath of staying up all night yesterday working on the blog is really huge. I need at least six hours of sleep to live like a human, but after sleeping only about an hour and a half, my heart beat a little faster all day and my head did not work well either.
Even so, thanks to the team members, GPT-4o, o1, and Hot6, we wrote a draft final project plan that I am very satisfied with.

Not only that, I also cleanly succeeded at climbing 100 floors of stairs, and finished YouTube/games at exactly under one hour.
I think all of this was possible because I have, in my own way, turned control and restraint into habits. For games especially, deleting them immediately without any lingering attachment once the set time has passed is really effective.
In the end, I feel that when I can control myself in a sufficiently satisfying way, I get closer and closer to happiness. For that, like today, I once again felt that it is important to block the very situations that require willpower in the first place.
Anyway, I am so sleepy I might die, so I will say no more. Or did I already say it all? lol (Actually, because the writing got too long and I decided it did not fit daily-review, I moved it to diary.)
