π€ Brief reflection
Today I spent the schedule with my cousin who returned to Korea.
Sometimes, meeting people like this and talking about this and that seems to be a truly enjoyable and happy way to relieve stress.
Hearing the other person laugh brightly is always happy and enjoyable.
But why is it that even though we were together for only about 4 hours, my energy gets completely drained?
It is not only my cousin. No matter who I meet, if I am with someone for more than 4 hours, I really feel like my energy is completely emptied.
Is my physical strength that weak?
Or does my mental strength get depleted quickly because I consider the other personβs position too much and pay too much attention?
Hmm⦠maybe it is both.
Let me build physical strength through exercise.
And since I already pay enough attention to the other person, now let me practice saving mental strength by paying a bit more attention to myself.
