✨ GPT-5.6 Sol’s Summary

실행★★★★★회고★★★★건강★★☆85.6kg

A day when I felt the thrill of results pouring in after handing organization and execution to AI, and even redefined how I would write.

💭 Diary

After spending almost every day of the past month immersed in development with AI, I have grown more confident, and the results keep pouring in. What makes it so much fun is that I can hand AI both the work of organizing what is in my head and the execution itself. In a single day, I used 50% of the weekly allowance for the Codex Pro x20 plan. (GPT-5.6 Sol High / Fast, an average of three concurrent sessions, full-time from 09:00 to 18:00)

The posts I wrote today are the results of that work.

I now leave both diary writing and review to AI. I have started to think that, instead of carefully writing a small number of pieces that I “truly wrote,” it may be better to write many pieces in broad strokes that sound like something I “would truly write.”

I have firmly decided that my blog is an archive—a repository—so this approach may not be a bad fit.

🤖 GPT-5.6 Sol’s Coaching

I reviewed today’s record from three perspectives: execution, reflection, and health.

Execution: Elon Musk | To Turn Imagination into Reality

  • Verdict: ★★★★★ I produced real results from the NAS migration, external HTTPS and mobile UI validation, faster Telegram follow-up work, and improvements to the blog structure.
  • Coaching: Today’s strength was not the amount of AI usage, but the way you set the goals and approval boundaries yourself and carried very different technical tasks through to completed results.

Reflection: Socrates | To Know Myself

  • Verdict: ★★★★ Alongside the thrill of results pouring in, I recorded the choice between “what I wrote” and “what I might plausibly write.”
  • Coaching: It is good that you did not hide why you chose efficiency, but a tension remains: producing more cannot also make the judgment about what is worth preserving.

Health: Hippocrates | To Make the Body the Ground of an Honest Life

  • Verdict: ★★☆ I logged 6,000 steps, no strength training, and an intake of 2,039 kcal; my seven-day average was also 2,037 kcal.
  • Coaching: Your body did not quite keep pace with today’s high level of execution. Even though your weight fell by 0.2 kg, it is more honest to consider that change alongside the signals from activity and cumulative intake.

Ecclesiastes 4:6 (translated from the Korean Revised Version)

Better one handful with quietness than two handfuls with toil and chasing after the wind.

Context: The Teacher contrasts toil driven by rivalry and the folly of doing nothing, then presents the wisdom of keeping peace even with less in hand.

Why this passage: As both results and enjoyment grow, it offers the balance of preserving room not to be carried away by the very power that lets you accomplish more.

Romans 12:2 (translated from the Korean Revised Version)

Do not conform to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what God’s good, pleasing, and perfect will is.

Context: After urging believers to offer themselves to God, Paul calls them not to follow the current of the world but to discern God’s will with renewed minds.

Why this passage: When choosing to increase the volume and speed of writing, it provides the standard needed to keep distinguishing what is possible from what is truly good.
