Flutter study gained momentum, and I resumed boxing too.
Overall, it was a very productive, pleasant, and satisfying day.
But the minus point was that I ultimately failed to withstand the excessive increase in appetite caused by an excessive amount of exercise.
I may need to build more mental strengthβ¦ but as a βroutine system designer,β it feels inappropriate to keep going on about βeffooooort.β
This means there is some flawed routine system that leads to binge eating. I think I need to fix that.
Is simply recording calories in Pillyze not enough�
Should I upload photos of every food I eat? So I cannot eat out of embarrassment? That feels a bit over the top.

When I looked back deeply,
right now, I had a bizarre routine system in place:
βWhen I feel hungry, I look for protein foods in the freezer and refrigerator. If there is nothing suitable, I quickly reinstall the delivery app I deleted and order pasta.β
This is the problem. I need to tear this apart and fix it.
Force-replace it with a routine system: βWhen I feel hungry, I chug three glasses of water and eat one carrot.β
Become aware of the binge-triggering routine system and delete it.
Then add a prevention routine system.
If I fail? Then I should put money on this too. There is no deterrent as certain as money.
