Flutter study gained momentum, and I resumed boxing too.

Overall, it was a very productive, pleasant, and satisfying day.

But the minus point was that I ultimately failed to withstand the excessive increase in appetite caused by an excessive amount of exercise.

I may need to build more mental strength… but as a β€œroutine system designer,” it feels inappropriate to keep going on about β€œeffooooort.”

This means there is some flawed routine system that leads to binge eating. I think I need to fix that.

Is simply recording calories in Pillyze not enough…?

right now, I had a bizarre routine system in place:

This is the problem. I need to tear this apart and fix it.

Force-replace it with a routine system: β€œWhen I feel hungry, I chug three glasses of water and eat one carrot.”

Become aware of the binge-triggering routine system and delete it.

Then add a prevention routine system.

If I fail? Then I should put money on this too. There is no deterrent as certain as money.
