I do not know how many days in a row the leading indicators of the three major goals have been covered in β.
Do not say things you cannot keep in the first place.
If you must say something, only say what you can complete with enough room.
And once you say it, do your best to keep what you said.
Especially on days like today, when unexpected meeting time or other work is likely to appear, set daily goals as conservatively as possible. Set them at a level that can be finished by working a little later after regular hours.
