While discussing ways to improve blog SEO with Gemini 2.5 Pro, I heard this:
It would be better to change the repeated daily KPT comments from βtextβ into βimages.β
It was telling me to turn Geminiβs KPT comments in the daily βHow Was Today?β series into images.

I thought, βNoβ¦ that sounds way too annoying?!β but I listened to the reason anyway.
Geminiβs reasoning was roughly this:
-
Solving the βsimilar documentsβ problem: If the same text, such as β what went well and β what could be better, repeats in every daily post, Naverβs robot may think, βHuh? This blog posts similar things every day?β and classify the posts as βsimilar documents.β If the KPT section is turned into an image, the repeated text disappears, so the robot recognizes each post as a new article.
-
Increasing the βtopic expertiseβ score: If KPT text is mixed into the post, the robot may get confused and wonder, βIs this post about development? Self-improvement?β If the KPT section is moved into an image, the whole post focuses only on one topic, so the logic was that the βexpertiseβ score would be judged higher.
That did make sense.
I tried it once, figuring there was nothing to lose. I made the KPT feedback into an image and inserted it into the postβ¦

Unbelievable! The index improved this much all at once.

I had no idea that simply changing text into an image could make such a big difference for search engine optimization.
Wowβ¦ thank youβ¦! Jaemin π
